Job Title: Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student needs and academic progress.

Provide information on courses, programs, and academic policies.

Generate sales and revenue

Assist students in developing study plans and strategies for success.

Monitor student performance and offer proactive support to those facing challenges.

Collaborate with faculty and administration to enhance student experience.

Organize workshops and informational sessions on academic skills and resources.

Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.

Stay updated on academic trends and policies relevant to the institution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Experience in academic advising or counseling is preferred.

**Skills**:Empathy and active listening skills.

Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Familiarity with educational technology and counseling software.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
