**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Store Sales**
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Recommend, select and help customers locate the right product
- Describe a product's features and benefits
- Demonstrate use and operation of the product
- Answer customer queries regarding the product on the shop floor.
- Provide information about price, warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of products and delivery options
- Upselling & Cross Selling
- Complete the billing formalities
- Obtaining and maintaining data of all walk-in customers
- Courier of catalogues, brochures, offers, pricelists, etc. to customers as and when required

**Store Management**
- Ensuring the store is kept clean and well organized
- Stock Management
- Ensuring all operations in the store - sampling, billing run smoothly
- Ensure all PAN India stores are well maintained by taking regular updates and photographs

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- near Gota Overbridge, Ahmedabad - 380060, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
- Retail Store Manager: 3 years (required)
