**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Coreldraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of printing processes (offset, digital) and related technical requirements.
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the printing or publishing industry is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare files for offset, digital printing, ensuring accuracy in color profiles, bleed, trim, and resolution.
- Conduct preflight checks to identify and resolve potential production issues.

- **Client Interaction**: Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide design suggestions, and refine drafts based on feedback.
- **Creative Innovation**:

- Stay updated on design trends and printing technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to align on project goals and timelines.

**Job Description: Graphic Designer - Printing Press**

**Position Overview**:

- **Design Development**:

- Create visually appealing designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, business cards, banners, and more.
- Develop layouts and templates optimized for printing press requirements.
- Ensure designs meet the client’s brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Prepress Preparation**:

- Prepare files for offset, digital, or large-format printing, ensuring accuracy in color profiles, bleed, trim, and resolution.
- Conduct preflight checks to identify and resolve potential production issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth file transfers and job execution.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide design suggestions, and refine drafts based on feedback.
- Present concepts and explain design choices to clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Creative Innovation**:
