We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brand vision to life.

Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials that enhance our brand identity and support our real estate marketing efforts. This includes designing for digital and print media, developing promotional materials, and ensuring a cohesive visual representation of our properties and services.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings, virtual tours, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.
- Create engaging visuals for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to design presentations and sales materials.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet the company’s standards for quality and creativity.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and real estate marketing strategies.

Skill Required:

- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Coral

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including real estate-related materials.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of creativity.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
