We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a knack for visual storytelling, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain design templates for consistency across campaigns and materials.
- Optimize images and graphics for various formats and platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to deliver fresh and innovative content.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- **Design Software Proficiency**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or CorelDRAW.
- **Typography**: Strong understanding of font styles, spacing, and readability to enhance design clarity.
- **Color Theory**: Knowledge of color combinations, contrasts, and psychological impacts of colors.
- **Layout and Composition**: Ability to effectively arrange visual elements using grids, alignment, and balance principles.
- **Image Editing**: Skills in retouching, manipulating, and optimizing images for web and print formats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

**Soft Skills**:

- Creativity and a strong visual sense.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to feedback and willingness to iterate on designs.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
