**About the company**:
Omtex Sports International Pvt. Ltd. is a 50 year old family owned sports wear manufacturing brand. Specialising in customise team wear for more than 100 clients worldwide.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Design graphics for sportswear apparel, including t-shirts, jerseys, leggings, and accessories.
- Collaborate with product designers and merchandisers to develop seasonal design themes.
- Create mock-ups, tech packs, and print-ready artwork for production.
- Design marketing materials such as social media creatives, banners, brochures, lookbooks, catalogs, and packaging.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity, values, and market positioning.
- Conduct research on current design trends, color palettes, and competitive brands in the sportswear and athleisure space.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all digital and print platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating apparel graphics, branding, and marketing collateral.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for sports and fitness.
- Familiarity with tech packs and garment design software (e.g., CLO 3D, CorelDRAW, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
