**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing product packaging and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and design needs.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, promotional videos, and social media clips.
- Incorporate animations, text overlays, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Manage video projects from concept to completion, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and final editing.
- Optimize video content for different platforms and audiences.
- **Content Creation**:

- Work with photographers and other creatives to create engaging and on-brand content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure content is fresh and innovative.
- Assist in the development of creative concepts and campaign strategies.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills, with a focus on beauty or skincare content a plus.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and video production techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
- Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of skincare and beauty trends is advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
