**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs and layouts for various marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging to effectively communicate ideas through design.
- Develop design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to present to stakeholders and obtain feedback for iteration and refinement.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and artwork using industry-standard design software such as Coral Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve skills and maintain relevance in a dynamic creative landscape.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 4 Years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio in printing and packaging industries.
- Proficiency in design software such as Coral Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in design work, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
