Assist bakers in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and icings.
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters under supervision.
- Ensure proper weighing, measuring, and mixing of ingredients.
- Bake, decorate, and package bakery products as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the baking area, including washing utensils and sanitizing surfaces.
- Monitor inventory and restock ingredients as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with customer service, including taking orders and answering inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a bakery or food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Good physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle baking tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
