**Lady hostel warden with a minimum of 5-plus years of experience**

She will be responsible for the overall supervision, safety, discipline, and well-being of female students residing in the university hostel.
- Supervise the general administration and maintenance of the hostel premises.
- Ensure safety, security, and discipline among the hostel residents.
- Handle student grievances, conflicts, and emergency situations tactfully.
- Maintain attendance records, leave registers, and student movement logs.
- Liaise with university authorities on student welfare, complaints, and hostel matters.
- Monitor the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the hostel facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and amenities.
- Oversee catering, housekeeping, and other outsourced services.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and firmly.
- Provide support and guidance to students, especially those newly admitted.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Humanities, Psychology, Social Work, Education, etc.).
- Prior training in counselling, administration, or student welfare is an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and crisis management abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and approachability.
- Ability to maintain discipline with fairness and firmness.
- Good organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential student matters with discretion.

**Experience**:

- 3-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role (educational institution/hostel/student welfare).
- Prior experience in managing female hostels is highly preferred.
- Retired female professionals with a background in education or defence services may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
