**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for allocation of rooms to the students and maintenance of records.Regularly available in the hostel office to address the concerns of the students. -To establish coordination with Wardens/Assistant Wardens of various hostels for smooth running of day-to-day routine work of the hostel. -To check the various registers and ledgers maintained by the Wardens/Assistant Wardens from time to time. -Reporting the cases of serious indiscipline/ragging to the Board for further action at the University level. -Responsible for addressing medical/social and personal emergencies of all students. -To facilitate their holistic development - physical, mental, and intellectual. -To ensure the completion of maintenance activities in time by interacting with the maintenance division. If required, escalating to the account manager. -flexible in working hours.

**Day to day Responsibilities of wardens-**

**Property Management**: checking the building and rooms for repair or maintenance if required ,passing the information if any issue in food and laundry. - Checking the breakfast ,

**Lunch and Dinner**: Quality of the food good or not.

**Hospital issue** : sending the student to hospital in an ambulance along with security or admin for the safety and information and informing the management.

**Fight with students If any** : keeping the other student safe in a room, and informing the issue to the accounts manager or the main warden (If zolo payroll has to be informed zolo as well).

**Room checking**:

- if clean and Hygiene - Night schedule - checking if all students are back to the hostel rooms, and taking attendance (In register or in computer). - Reports - reports have to be sent to the management if required (shifting the rooms / need to buy any materials).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
