**Position**:Hostel Warden

**Experience Level**: 5+ Years of Experience

**Qualification**: Graduate

The primary responsibility of Wardens is the pastoral care, welfare and the disciplinary charge of the College Students. Warden has to look after the welfare of the students. Maintain a close liaison with students S/he will be responsible for taking any suitable disciplinary action expect expelling a student from the Hostel. They are authorized to check the room and visit the students at any time. The person will be the custodian and in-charge of all the hostel properties. Warden has to verify the stock periodically.
- Responsible for general welfare of students. Maintaining Hostel data
- Allotment of accommodation / rooms as per the guidelines
- Monitoring the visitor management system for students and Ensuring complete security check
- Formulating norms and guidelines as a SOP for Hostel Operations
- Surprise checks in the Rooms, Taking disciplinary action against violating hostel rules and regulations
- Reporting all the incidents to the management on real time basis
- Ensuring adequate security, sanitation & essentials of students
- Capacity to handle all grievances & maintaining a conducive environment inside the Hostel
- Reporting the cases of serious indiscipline/ragging to the Campus director
- Assisting site staff with the admission of new students
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate social contact with students
- Ensure proper water supply and drinking water arrangement in the hostel
- Available for on call - duty whenever required, which provides emergency cover in the evenings and weekends
- Excellent service skills
- Proactive, resourceful and flexible in work
- Able to work well with students of all levels
- Good supervision and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining discipline in hostel.
- Taking care of the students
- Ensuring good order and behavior in the hostel

**Location**: Bangalore (JP Nagar 8th Phase).

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
