Sai Smruti Hostel, a reputable residential facility for working women and college-going students, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Ladies Warden. As a Ladies Warden, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and smooth functioning of the hostel. Knowledge of Kannada and English, along with experience in managing day-to-day operations and records, is essential for this position. The Warden will have to stay on premises.

**Responsibilities**:
**Resident Management**:

- Welcome new residents and provide them with necessary information about the hostel rules, regulations, and facilities.
- Maintain a conducive living environment by ensuring discipline, harmony, and adherence to hostel policies.
- Address residents' concerns, queries, and conflicts in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with residents to understand their needs and resolve any issues.

**Safety and Security**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Monitor and maintain hostel security systems, including access control and CCTV surveillance.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate necessary assistance.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify safety hazards and address them promptly.

**Day-to-Day Operations**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hostel, including maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to address facility-related issues.
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and sanitation.
- Maintain accurate records of hostel inventory, attendance, and other relevant documents.

**Community Building**:

- Organize and promote social and cultural activities within the hostel to foster a sense of community and inclusiveness.
- Facilitate communication and interaction among residents through regular meetings and events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Ladies Warden or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day hostel operations and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English, both spoken and written.
- Empathetic and approachable nature with the ability to address residents' concerns effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to maintain records and manage day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient computer skills to maintain digital records and correspondence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
