**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential corporate clients who are looking for premium gifting solutions in the form of Pilgrim products.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target corporations to understand their gifting needs and preferences.
- Consultative Selling: Present our range of Pilgrim products as unique and thoughtful corporate gifts, highlighting their quality and relevance to the clients' branding and values.
- Custom Solutions: Collaborate with the product team to create custom gifting solutions that align with clients' requirements, ensuring a personalized touch.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Close deals effectively and in a timely manner.
- Account Management : Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the corporate gifting sector or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients at various organisational levels.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
