Organization is leading Printing and Packaging Industry located at Moraiya, Ahmedabad.

A Flexo Printing Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing machines. The operator ensures the production of high-quality printed materials by monitoring the printing process, making adjustments as needed, and performing routine maintenance on the equipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Set up flexographic printing presses according to specifications.
- Install and adjust printing plates, cylinders, and inks to achieve the desired print quality.
- Operate the press, monitor the printing process, and make adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect printed materials for consistency, color accuracy, and print quality.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards throughout the production run.
- Perform regular checks and maintain records of print quality and production metrics.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with the press.
- Replace worn or damaged parts as needed.
- **Ink and Material Handling**:

- Mix and prepare inks according to job specifications.
- Load and unload printing materials, such as paper, film, and substrates.
- Maintain an inventory of inks and printing materials.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with industry standards and company policies regarding quality and safety.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to the Production Manager.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including materials used and job specifications.
- Complete daily production reports and logs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job status and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating flexographic printing presses is preferred.
- Knowledge of printing processes and materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
