**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage **Flexo & CI Flexo printing machines** (Central Impression type) for label and flexible packaging printing.
- Set up and align **printing cylinders** according to the job specifications and design requirements.
- **Prepare, mix, and adjust inks** to achieve accurate colors as per job orders and customer specifications.
- Monitor and ensure proper **ink viscosity, flow, and color matching** during the printing process.
- Check cylinder condition, **mounting plates**, and ensure proper registration and alignment before starting production.
- Perform **machine setup** for different substrates, including films, paper, and labels.
- **Monitor print quality** throughout the run and make real-time adjustments to maintain print accuracy.
- Conduct **routine cleaning and maintenance** of Flexo and CI Flexo machines to ensure smooth functioning.
- Troubleshoot machine issues (cylinder alignment, ink flow problems, print defects) and coordinate with the maintenance team if needed.
- Maintain **daily production records** and update shift reports.
- Follow **safety protocols** and ensure a clean working environment.

**Key Skills Required**:
Hands-on experience with **Flexo and CI Flexo printing machines**
Strong knowledge of **printing cylinders, plate mounting, and registration adjustment**
Expertise in **ink preparation, color matching, viscosity control**
Ability to identify and rectify **printing defects** like smudging, misregistration, and uneven ink flow
Familiarity with different substrates (labels, films, paper, etc.)
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for Flexo machines
- **Education**: Minimum 10th/12th pass (ITI/Diploma in Printing Technology preferred)
- **Experience**: Minimum **3 to 5 years** operating **Flexo or CI Flexo printing machines**:

- Experience in **label printing, flexible packaging, or similar industries** preferred
- Ready to work in shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
