**Job Title**: Screen Printing Machine Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Set up and operate screen printing machines** according to production requirements
Prepare screens, mix inks, and adjust machine settings for accurate prints
Maintain cleanliness of screens, squeegees, and printing equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve printing defects such as ink bleeding, misalignment, or smudging
Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on machines
Maintain accurate production logs and meet deadlines
Follow safety regulations and quality control procedures

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience**: Minimum **[10] years** in screen printing (manual or automatic machines)
**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of **ink types (plastisol, water-based, discharge, etc.)**:

- Familiarity with **screen preparation, exposure, and reclaiming**:

- Ability to handle **multi-color printing and registration adjustments**:

- Mechanical troubleshooting skills for minor repairs
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long hours and handle printing materials
- Strong **attention to detail** and **problem-solving skills Work Schedule & Benefits**:
