**Job Description: Keka Implementation Specialist**

**Location**: Pune

**Experience Required**: 2 years of Keka experience

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Keka Implementation Specialist** to lead the end-to-end implementation of the **Keka HRMS** platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, configuring the system according to business needs, training users, and ensuring a smooth transition to Keka.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Lead Keka HRMS implementation projects from kickoff to post-go-live support.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- **System Configuration & Customization**:

- Configure Keka modules (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance, etc.) to align with business requirements.
- Customize workflows and settings to ensure optimal functionality.
- **Client & Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and Keka’s support team to resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and provide technical guidance.
- **Data Migration & Validation**:

- Manage data import, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure accurate migration.
- **Training & Support**:

- Deliver user training sessions and create comprehensive user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HRMS/Payroll software implementation (Keka experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Compliance, Attendance, Leave Management).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data handling (Excel, CSV files) and basic understanding of APIs (optional but beneficial).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
