As a Telesales Representative, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services. Your primary objective is to convert leads into satisfied customers by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound sales calls, maintaining professionalism and courtesy throughout the interaction.
- Identify and qualify potential leads by asking pertinent questions and actively listening to their requirements.
- Present product or service information in an engaging and persuasive manner, highlighting their value.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with confidence and a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most relevant information.
- Adhere to established sales scripts and processes while adapting to customer responses.

**Qualifications**:

- Should Have 1 Years of Experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and professionalism, especially in handling rejection.
- Prior telesales or customer service experience is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Rushtampura, Surat, Gujarat (required)
