**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
- To conduct induction for new employee
- To monitor daily attendance of all employees
- To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance
- Assist in staff training and development activities
- Keeping, maintaining and updating personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment of employee
- Preparation of Salaries/ Salary slips
- To prepare, implement, monitor HR Policies
- Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies
- Manage company facilities, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services
- Ensure general management of office by overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- At least 3-4 years experience in the same field
- Be able to communicate well with visitors, staff, and suppliers;
- Must be self-motivated with ability to multitask and manage time well;
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;
- Highly computer literate and knowledgeable in HR software;
- Must be well versed with Employment Act;
- MIN Bachelor’s Degree in HR field;
- Have good skills in interpersonal, able to communicate with all levels;
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource and any related discipline, STPM or equivalent;
- Knowledge in administrative activities and internal control policy and procedure;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Indore - 452010, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office management: 3 years (preferred)
