As an Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for owning the successful implementation of SaaS products, Cloud solutions or Services to our Customers. You will collaborate with Customer, Our developers/ Technical team and stakeholders, to ensure that implementations are completed on time, by achieving 100% of Scope/Specification as defined at the beginning of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive implementation plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria.
- Review and take corrective action on implementation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and take proactive measures to address them.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges in a clear and timely manner.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to identify and address any defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, progress reports, and any relevant documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing project status, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Freshers with Good Communication skills and willingness to learn and travel can also Apply.
- Willing to travel abroad.
- Proven experience in implementation roles, preferably in SaaS Products, Cloud solutions or any technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,548.20 per month
