**Job Description: Zoho Implementation Intern**

**Position**: Zoho Implementation Intern
**Location**: Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai
**Internship Duration**: 3-6 months (with potential for full‑time offer)

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements.
- Configure Zoho modules (CRM, Books, Inventory, Bigin, Commerce) per client needs.
- Build and customize workflows, blueprints, and validation rules.
- Migrate and cleanse data from spreadsheets/legacy systems into Zoho.
- Create basic custom reports and dashboards.
- Test configurations and resolve issues under senior consultant guidance.
- Prepare user‑training materials and conduct demo sessions.
- Provide end‑user support during go‑live and post‑deployment phases.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of CRM/ERP concepts.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**
- Basic scripting or familiarity with Deluge (Zoho’s scripting language).
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
