About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable workflows, automation, and integrations across Zoho apps and third-party systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical architecture
- Develop custom functions, scripts, and APIs using Deluge and other supported technologies
- Ensure best practices for performance, security, and data integrity within the Zoho environment
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for Zoho developers
- Stay updated with new Zoho features, enhancements, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Zoho Architect or Senior Zoho Developer (minimum 5 years Zoho platform experience)
- Expertise in Zoho CRM customization, automation, and advanced workflows
- Strong experience integrating Zoho with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
- Zoho Creator certification or other Zoho certifications
- Experience with ERP and accounting modules within Zoho Books/Inventory
- Knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and analytics in Zoho Analytics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security best practices

Pay: ₹464,937.73 - ₹2,119,228.60 per year
