Job description

POST: ERP IMPLEMENTATION EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a technically skilled ERP Implementation Executive to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for a manufacturing co at Chennai.

Location: Vellappanchavadi, chennai

CTC: As per Company standards

6 days working -Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, configuring, and executing ERP implementation projects.
- Liaise between internal stakeholders and external ERP vendors/consultants.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for ERP automation and optimization.
- Conduct data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Support in customizing ERP modules to meet organizational needs.
- Provide training and support to end users and ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor system performance and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
- Generate and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Participate in testing (UAT/SIT) and go-live support.

Coordinate with various departments to gather functional requirements and ensure successful module integration.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or system administration.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, or CRM.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and basic understanding of data formats

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
