**Founder's Office - Strategic Associate**

**About the Role**:
We are hiring for the **Founder's Office** to work directly with our CXOs and Founders, serving as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across key areas of the business. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and wants to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of India’s **space-tech revolution**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive alignment and execution on company-level initiatives across engineering, business, and operations.
- Act as a force multiplier to the CEO/Founders by managing priorities, preparing strategic briefs, and supporting decision-making.
- Lead high-impact projects such as fundraising, investor relations, new product rollouts, and regulatory engagements.
- Synthesize market intelligence, draft memos, and create compelling presentations for key internal and external meetings.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve internal velocity and communication.
- Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders including investors, customers, and government agencies.
- Track organizational metrics, OKRs, and dashboards to ensure accountability.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, startups, VC, or Founder's Office/strategy roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proven track record of independently driving cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in deep-tech, aerospace, defense, or space-tech sectors.
- Familiarity with regulatory and policy frameworks or government interfacing.
- Ability to work seamlessly across product, business, and policy functions.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong stakeholder management skills.
