The Midnight Fuddle is looking for a talented and experienced Chef to bring creativity and excellence to our kitchen. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to the club’s menu standards.
- Innovate and contribute to new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure kitchen operations comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage food inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Collaborate with management to introduce special dishes and themed events.
- Handle customer feedback and work towards improving food quality and service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, club, or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creativity in presentation and flavor combinations.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Culinary certification or formal training is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
