**Chef/Cook/Commi-1/2**

AP Food Works is a Bhopal based food truck start-up. Our aim is to serve people with delicious and quality food at affordable price and eventually grow our service offerings with more number of stalls to reach maximum people across Bhopal.

**Chef's Responsibilities.**
- Preparation of food items in the base kitchen.
- Loading/Unloading of raw material and cooked food to food truck.
- Monitoring of food inventories.
- Monitoring freshness of food.
- Managing the working cost of kitchen.
- Food cost management.
- Evolving and Improvising new dishes to add it in food menu.
- Assist in human resource management(new recruitment).
- Provide direction to helper in day to day food truck operation.
- Maintaining cleanliness of food truck.
- food truck health inspection e.g. washing, fuel, gas cylinder etc.
- Food truck kitchen preparation.
- cooking of food and its presentation.
- Understand customer needs and take feedback.
- Hygiene level in food truck and in dress.
- Review meeting.

A helper will be given who will work under the chef. Applicant must know preperation and cooking of Sandwiches, Burgers, Pizza, Pasta, Rolls etc.

**Skills required.**
- Up to date knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Fast chopping skills, Plate presentation skills.
- Leadership, Multitasking, Quality control skills.
- Remain calm, Crowd dealing, Good communication skills.
- Material management for minimum waste.
- Skills to influence customers.
- Food cost management without compromising the taste of food.
- Continuous learning.
- Relationship development skill.

**Education**: Graduation/Diploma/Higher Secondary.

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year.

**Age**:22 Year and above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
