As an Import-Export Executive at Pammvi Exports, you will play a crucial role in managing the import and export operations of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders, maintaining compliance with trade regulations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customs Compliance**: Ensure adherence to customs regulations and procedures for both import and export activities.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with market trends, tariffs, and trade agreements to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and government authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade including currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, and geopolitical issues.
- **Cost Optimization**: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and minimize costs.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations for imported and exported goods.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on import-export activities, including volumes, costs, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import-export operations, preferably in [mention specific industry or products].
- Strong understanding of customs regulations, tariffs, and international trade procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and import-export software.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in customs brokerage or supply chain management (optional but preferred).
