**Location**: Cegura Building, 3rd Floor, 9 Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Park Circus, Ballygunge, Kolkata - 700017 (Near Zeeshan Restaurant)

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm IST (Australian Shift)
- Saturday: 6:30 am - 10:30 am IST

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Automation Expert and CRM Manager**to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will build automations, customize CRM workflows, and help clients get the most out of their CRM platforms. You’ll work extensively with APIs, automation tools, and front-end logic (JavaScript & related languages) to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure, customize, and optimize CRM (**GoHighLevel**preferred) accounts for clients.
- Use **Postman** to develop, test, troubleshoot, and document API integrations.
- Build and manage automation workflows with **n8n** (preferred), Zapier, or Make.
- Create and manage sales funnels, booking pages, forms, and surveys.
- Manage pipelines, tagging, segmentation, and automation sequences.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare dashboard-based reports.
- Test, maintain, and refine CRM automations and integrations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in CRM or automation roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (**GoHighLevel** preferred).
- Proficiency in REST APIs, authentication, and webhooks.
- Working knowledge of **JavaScript.**:

- Proficiency with Postman for API testing and documentation.
- Experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Basic knowledge of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of marketing automation and lead management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Web development knowledge is a plus.
- Must be based in Kolkata and able to work from the office.
- Good Communication Skills should be a must.
