**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to provide information about products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Client Coordination**:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- **Database Management**:
- Maintain and update client information in the database.
- Document call details and outcomes accurately for follow-up and reporting purposes.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Address client concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues to appropriate departments.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance client engagement.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and potential improvements.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
