As a Female Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will involve making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing customer inquiries, and providing top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships over the phone.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and conduct customer surveys.
- Meet and exceed call targets and performance goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service standards.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role preferred.
- Fluent in English and regional languages.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and conflict resolution skills.
**Skills**:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Data entry and record-keeping.
- Active listening.
- Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Pay: ₹15,117.00 - ₹18,043.15 per month
