**Responsibilities**:
**Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers who may have shown interest in the product or service or to generate leads.
**Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues or concerns.
**Sales Pitch**: Present products or services to potential customers, explaining features and benefits to encourage a positive response and potentially close sales.
**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering during calls.
**Follow-Up**: Maintain a follow-up system to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and provide additional information as needed.
**Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, if applicable.
**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and call records in the company's database.
**Product/Service Knowledge**: Stay informed about the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate with customers.
