Accounts Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Operator** to join our Finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with invoice processing, payment entries, and expense tracking
- Reconcile data between physical records and digital systems
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting data
- Support audits and month-end reporting as needed
- Communicate with vendors or internal departments to resolve data discrepancies

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass or Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- **0-2 years** of experience in **data entry or accounting support**:

- Good knowledge of **MS Excel** and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in a finance or accounting environment
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
