We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Operator to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial data, maintaining accounting records, and supporting the accounting team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with invoice processing, payment entries, and expense tracking
  • Reconcile data between physical records and digital systems
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting data
  • Support audits and month-end reporting as needed
  • Communicate with vendors or internal departments to resolve data discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry or accounting support
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a finance or accounting environment
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
