Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data related to sales, stock, and distribution in company databases and ERP systems.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of all data before entry.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices, delivery notes, and sales reports.
  • Generate and compile reports for management, highlighting trends and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry within the FMCG industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Note: This position is based on a US shift schedule, requiring the candidate to work hours aligned with US time zones.
