**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the coach’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and coaching materials
- Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and team members
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and training materials
- Manage Zoom meetings/webinars and provide tech support when needed
- Conduct basic online research related to real estate and coaching
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Track and manage tasks using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **English** (spoken and written)
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, virtual assistant, or admin support preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with the **real estate industry** or coaching businesses is a plus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
