Department: Operations / Ticketing
Reporting To: HOD-Ticketing
Location: ICE CUBES, Corporate Office.
Candidate must possess the below knowledge for the said post.
1. Ticketing Operations
· Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations for domestic and international sectors.
· Ensure all tickets are issued accurately as per client requirements and within stipulated timelines.
· Maintain GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) proficiency and ensure updated fare knowledge.
· Verify fare rules, baggage allowances, and schedule changes before ticket issuance.
· Maintaining 100% accuracy in ticket issuance and fare application.
- Customer Service & Support
· Respond promptly to client queries related to ticketing, changes, and travel documentation.
· Provide alternatives and travel solutions during flight disruptions or schedule changes.
· Maintain a professional, courteous relationship with clients and travel partners also maintaining client satisfaction in feedback surveys.
- Coordination & Communication
· Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for fare confirmations, waivers, or special requests.
· Support the accounts team with invoice and billing accuracy for issued tickets.
· Maintaining zero discrepancies between issued tickets and invoices.
· Timely submission of ticketing reports & assist in maintaining proper records and audits.
· Managing 100% compliance with reporting deadline.
- Sales & Revenue Support
· Upsell ancillary products such as seat upgrades, insurance, or add-ons.
· Assist in fare comparison and negotiation to maximize profit margins.
· Track and report fare deals, promotions, and seasonal offers along with submission of reports
- Process Improvement & Learning
· Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
· Participate in periodic trainings.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, IATA guidelines, and visa requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare and maintain daily ticketing MIS reports.
· Support management with weekly performance summaries and exception reports.
· Ensure all records are digitally archived and easy to retrieve with no data loss or missing records in audits.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ticketing operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior agent role.
· Proficiency in GDS system; Galileo.
· Strong understanding of fare rules, ticketing processes, and airline procedures.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in group bookings and corporate travel management.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
