**Job Title: Business Development Manager (Food Industry)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers (HORECA).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal closure with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales forecasts and business performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the foodservice, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, supply chain dynamics, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with export/import of food products.
- Knowledge of specialty food categories (organic, gourmet, frozen, etc.).
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
