**Reports To**: Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure that all workers adhere to safety protocols and site regulations.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of laborers.
- Assign tasks to workers based on project requirements and priorities.
- Resolve conflicts or issues among laborers promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, attendance, and work progress.
- Communicate daily updates and challenges to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment by laborers.
- Assist in planning and scheduling labor activities to meet project deadlines.
- Implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce wastage of resources.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction or labor management are a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in supervising labor at construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
