**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads from the database.
- Follow up on inquiries generated through online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details, property features, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of leads and update call status regularly.
- Handle basic inbound customer queries courteously and professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
