**Job Title**: Telecaller Executive - Medical Sales
**Location**: Hastinapuram, LB nagar
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Preferred Qualification**: B.Tech (Male/Female)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Telecalling**: Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, and distributors for product promotion and sales generation.
- **Billing & Invoicing**: Prepare accurate invoices and maintain proper billing records.
- **GST & Compliance**: Assist in GST return filing, maintain compliance-related documents, and coordinate with accounts.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and ensure timely replenishment.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Maintain strong relationships with customers, handle queries, and follow up for payments/orders.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in promotional campaigns, share product information, and support field sales efforts.
- **Reporting**: Maintain sales records, telecalling reports, and update management on progress.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech preferred).
- Prior experience in **medical/pharmaceutical sales** is highly desirable.
- Good communication & persuasion skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Office, billing software (Tally/ERP preferred), and GST process.
- Ability to handle multitasking - sales + operations + documentation.
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Male/Female, B.Tech graduate.
- Experience in telecalling/inside sales, preferably in the **pharmaceutical/healthcare industry**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
