Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive

Location: Greater Noida

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic tele marketing executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads for our products and services. You will also be required to follow up with the customers and close the sales.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as a customer-oriented attitude. You should also be able to work under pressure and meet the sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a given database and script
- Explain the features and benefits of our products and services and answer any queries or objections
- Persuade the customers to buy or book a demo or appointment
- Record the customer details and the outcome of the call in the CRM system
- Achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process and performance

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in tele marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to handle rejection and deal with difficult customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Willing to work in shifts and on weekends

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:
