**Job Title**: Telecaller/Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the company's products or services.
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries, resolving issues, or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve sales performance.

**Requirement**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales role is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive **Telecaller **with good communication skills to join our team. The Telecaller will be expected to engage customers in conversation, provide information about the products or services offered, and persuade them to make a purchase or take further interest in the company's offerings and driving growth for the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
