**Job Overview**

The **Telecaller (Female)** will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls. She will play a crucial role in **lead conversion, client communication, appointment scheduling, and customer support**, ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role demands excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and concerns.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Engagement & Lead Conversion**
- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers, introduce company services, and convert leads into sales.
- Handle **inbound calls** from existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries professionally.
- **Understand customer needs** and suggest suitable services based on their requirements.
- Follow up on leads, track responses, and **convert prospects into customers**.
- Maintain a **positive and professional rapport** with customers to build long-term relationships.

**Sales, Follow-ups & Appointment Scheduling**
- Schedule and coordinate **appointments for field sales executives** with interested clients.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to ensure maximum **customer participation**.
- Convince potential clients about the benefits of our services and **overcome objections professionally**.
- Work towards achieving **daily, weekly, and monthly targets** for lead conversion and sales.
- Provide **detailed service explanations**, ensuring clarity in communication.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain and update **customer databases** with accurate information.
- Handle **customer queries, concerns, and complaints** with a problem-solving approach.
- **Ensure high customer satisfaction** by providing timely and efficient service.
- Collect customer feedback and provide valuable insights to the **sales and management team**.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain **accurate call logs, reports, and customer interaction details**.
- Generate and submit **daily, weekly, and monthly reports** on customer engagement and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to **improve outreach strategies**.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years in **telecalling, sales, customer support, or a related field**.
- Freshers with **excellent communication and persuasion skills** may also apply.

**Skills & Competencies**
- **Languages Required**: Hindi, Telugu, and English - **All three languages are compulsory.**:

- Strong **persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving** skills.
- Confidence in handling calls and **converting potential customers into sales**.
- Experience in **appointment scheduling and calendar management**.
- Ability to work under pressure and **meet sales targets**.
- **Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software** is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, **goal-oriented, and professional** approach to work.
