**Job Summary**: The Web Designer Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in web design principles, practices, and technologies. This role involves preparing and delivering lectures, leading practical sessions, and assessing student work. The faculty member will contribute to curriculum development, stay updated with industry trends, and provide mentorship to students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver course content on web design principles like UI/UX, and front-end development.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and workshops that engage students and promote active learning.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance curriculum and maintain program relevance.
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in web design and development.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students regarding career paths and industry opportunities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in web design and development, with proficiency in **HTML**, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in teaching or training adults is advantageous.
- Commitment to student success and fostering a positive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
