**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites and web pages that align with our brand identity.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.
- Ensure website designs are responsive, optimized for various devices, and adhere to best practices in web design and usability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Optimize website graphics, including logos, icons, and images, for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern and functional.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience with animation and interactive elements.
