We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and lead the design of our next-generation user interfaces.

UI/UX Requirement:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Design Projects**: Oversee the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- **Design Solutions**: Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications that effectively communicate design ideas and functionality.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.
- **Stay Current**: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and solutions.
