**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures and hands-on coding sessions on the MERN/MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React/Angular, Node.js).
- Develop and implement lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and assignments that meet the academic and industry standards.
- Break down complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner to facilitate student learning.
- Guide students through real-world projects, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive, collaborative learning environment.
- **Curriculum Development and Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with the academic team to design and regularly update curriculum based on the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
- Develop comprehensive assessment tools, including quizzes, assignments, and projects, to measure student progress and understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and assist with troubleshooting issues during their learning process.
- **Student Support and Mentorship**:

- Offer personalized guidance to students, helping them with assignments, projects, and career advice.
- Act as a mentor to students, providing technical support and fostering an environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
- Conduct regular office hours for additional support, addressing student queries and providing further clarification on topics covered in class.
- **Professional Development and Industry Engagement**:

- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in web development and the MERN/MEAN stack.
- Engage in industry forums, workshops, and conferences to continually enhance your teaching expertise and technical knowledge.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Administer regular assessments and assignments to evaluate student performance.
- Provide timely feedback and ensure that students are progressing effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Proven teaching experience** (2+ years) in a technical education environment, specifically in web development or related fields.
- Strong expertise in the MERN/MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React/Angular, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and project management tools.
- Experience using teaching tools (e.g., LMS platforms, online collaboration tools) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a positive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
