Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MongoDB, , , and , with a strong understanding of full-stack development best practices. You will work closely with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver innovative web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using MongoDB, , , and (MERN stack).
  • Build reusable components and modular front-end and back-end code.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, , , , and MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Understanding of web security best practices and application architecture.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Redux, TypeScript, or
  • Knowledge of GraphQL or Firebase.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
