We are looking for a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, , , and , along with a solid understanding of modern development practices, REST APIs, and cloud deployment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, QA, and product teams to develop high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Frontend )

  • Develop responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly interfaces using
  • Build reusable components and optimize performance.
  • Integrate frontend with backend APIs.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect UI based on design files (Figma/Adobe XD/etc.).

Backend & )

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using and
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
  • Handle server-side logic, database queries, and API integrations.

Database (MongoDB)

  • Design and maintain NoSQL database schemas.
  • Write efficient queries and handle data migrations.
  • Optimize database performance and indexing.

DevOps & Deployment

  • Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean / GCP / Heroku).
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker is a plus).
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB, , , (MERN).
  • Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, JSON.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
  • Understanding of JWT, OAuth, session management.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs (Payment gateways, SMS, Email, etc.).
  • Knowledge of State Management (Redux, Context API).
  • Basic understanding of Linux servers.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ownership and accountability for tasks.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–4+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
  • Portfolio/GitHub showing previous projects is a huge plus.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of or React Native.
  • Understanding of Microservices & Docker.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Socket.IO for real-time features.
